NYC Ambisonics is a library of New York City ambiences recorded with a SoundField microphone. Bring the city to life in your projects with 53 lifelike city backgrounds in 24-bit/96kHz high-resolution totaling nearly 7 hours. Explore Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens with bustling city streets, public parks, crowd walla, subway rides and more.

All recordings are provided in both stereo and Ambisonic B-format (FuMa). Using the free SoundField by RØDE plugin, the Ambisonics format allows you to point “virtual microphones” in real-time, change polar patterns, and decode to mono, stereo, 5.1, 7.1 and beyond for endless creative possibilities.
